Would you like to develop a new paradigm for gaining connection and awareness of your body’s rhythms and inner wisdom?
Somato (body) Respiratory (breath) Integration (SRI) is a series of exercises designed to help the frontal lobe of the brain reconnect with the body. The model for SRI is explained in Donald Epstein’s book, The Twelve Stages of Healing: A Network Approach to Wholeness. This book discusses the focused states of consciousness and healing available that correspond to the body’s rhythms; and specific exercises to access the wisdom and depth available at each stage. The goal of SRI is to help the individual develop lifetime skills, safety, strength, wisdom and love in relationship to the experience of their body, its vibration, structure and energy.
These simple exercises are based on utilizing your conscious awareness to bring breath, energy, movement and touch to areas of tension, symptoms and disconnection present in the body. This helps the individual to experience their body more fully and take responsibility for their body and experience. This instantly shifts their state of consciousness to one that supports trust for the body/mind and trust for the healing process, from a place of peace and ease. SRI is pivotal to NSA care and supporting the shift from illness to wellness.
“Network Spinal Analysis and Somato Respiratory Integration…are amongst the most powerful sources of personal transformation I have ever experienced or seen. They produce embodied and empowered strategies that are both sustainable and enjoyable for enhanced human resourcefulness and wellness. I am stronger, more inspired, creative and healthy because of this work. It has personally and professionally helped me to maximize my ability to contribute to others.”
